Problem Reported: | In January 2021, Consumer had purchased a refrigerator and paid ₹ 25300/-. Till four months it was working fine, suddenly in the fifth month, there was a cooling problem in the fridge. Consumer lodged the grievance with the company's customer care and got a replacement of one part and it was resolved. But in August 2021, again the same cooling issue came up, so again a grievance was registered with the customer care. They again replaced the part but the problem was not resolved. Consumer wanted a replacement and requested the company multiple times, but the company was not giving a replacement. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘the replacement is done and the issue got resolved. Hence case closed. ’ | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | xxxxx ( company) provided a replacement. I will monitor the replacement fridge provided and incase of any issues, i will re-open the grievance raised. Thank you |
