|Consumer ordered pen drive in the first week of July 2021 from an online shopping website and paid the amount of ₹1604/-. However, even after a month he had not received the product. He had contacted the online shopping portal multiple times but was not getting any satisfactory response from their end.
|Escalation by NCH:
|As the online shopping portal is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was forwarded to the company by e-mail, and the company responded that “ refund has been done, refund details are given below: xxxxx Date: xxxxx time:xxxxx Amount: 1604 rupees.”
