Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a branded mobile handset for ₹ 16000/ in early November 2020. Consumer was facing problems in the handset like network issues, call drops, call waiting not visible etc. He had registered his grievance with the company, and had got replacement two times, but he was still facing the same problem with the replaced handset. So, the consumer did not want any more replacements and wanted a refund. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘We have investigated from the service center team and as per the update from the service center team, the refund has already been processed’. | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | Consumer called NCH and informed that his issue was resolved as he had got a refund from the company. |
