Problem Reported: | Consumer had placed an order for a pair of running shoes in midFebruary, 2020, and the amount paid was ₹5,596 but consumer was of the opinion that he was delivered a fake product. Consumer informed the company about this, and was asked to wait, but finally was not provided any satisfactory response. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded to on the NCH Portal that the seller had confirmed that “the refund of Rs.5596/- has been completed and would be reflecting in the consumer's account in the next ten days. They also gave the Transaction reference number.” | ||||
