Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered a product and had paid ₹ 350/- for it which was being shipped by a courier agency, in mid August 2021. The shipment was expected to be delivered two days after the booking. However, even after four days of booking, the consumer had not received the product, and the courier agency’s website showed that it was successfully delivered. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the courier company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal stating ‘Shipment stands delivered’. | ||||
