Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered for a Dish washer from an online shopping portal in the first week of August 2021. The dishwasher delivered was defective and was spoilt further as the installation person added the dishwasher salt in the drainage chamber instead of the salt chamber. The machine did not wash and dry utensils properly. The online shopping company issued a credit note and did not refund the money. The customer service people assured of a replacement daily, but the machine never arrived, instead the price increased by a whopping ₹8000 in 13 days. The dishwasher was not picked and replaced with a new one even after 8 days. The consumer is of the opinion that the reason that the replacement machine never came was because the price of the machine had increased by ₹8000 in a span of 6-7 days | ||||
