|Consumer had received a defective laptop from an online shopping portal , for which he had paid ₹56465/-. The technician visited his home and checked the laptop and found out that the laptop had a faulty Screen, so the technician packed it and the company had told him that they would provide a replacement. It has been over a month that the consumer was waiting for the refund or replacement, but no action was taken by the company. Every time the consumer raised his concern to the company, they give him false promises and a future date.

|As the company is convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the response received from company on the NCH Portal stated that “The seller has initiated the refund of ₹56465 to your back to source, and it will be credited by xxxxx, 2021 as per standard banking procedures”.
