Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered for a Teak wood Pooja cabinet to be made in June, 2021 and had paid ₹ 95000/-. However in middle of the work the interior designing firm that was executing the manufacturing of the cabinet stopped responding. They neither completed the work nor were refunding the amount. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the designing company is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to them, and after sending reminders, the company responded that “We delivered the Pooja cabinet to the customer. | ||||
