Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a branded RO water purifier in the third week of October 2020, for ₹ 10500/- . The water Purifier delivered was defective right from the beginning, the company officials visited many times and repaired it, but it was not working properly. Consumer had tried to contact the company and the company’s customer care but there was no response from the company’s end. Consumer wanted a replacement. | ||||
