Problem Reported: | Consumer purchased a 330 L three door frost free refrigerator with a one year warranty, for ₹29740/-, in the third week of August 2020. The fridge, since May 2021 started having a cooling issue, the consumer had lodged the grievance with the company’s customer care but the issue had not been resolved | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the consumer Durables Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal stating ‘the technician visited and done the appliance replacement and now the appliance is working fine hence we are closing this case.’ | ||||
