Problem Reported: | Consumer had enrolled himself in a private coaching Institution in March, 2021 for Bank PO Exam Preparation and had paid ₹ 5500/-. Due to the lockdown, the institute was closed in April, 2021, and later after the unlocking, he contacted the institute to continue the remaining syllabus but he did not receive any positive response. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the private institute is not under the Convergence partnership of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the coaching company. It was only after NCH sent reminder e-mails that the company responded stating “Student's request is already accepted. Refund process is initiated and it will be credited in the candidate's account within 2-3 bank working days”. | ||||
