Problem Reported: | In end May 2021, Consumer had ordered baby wipes from an online shopping portal. When he received the product in early July, he saw that it was an expired product as the expiry date was end April 2021. On contacting the company, they denied to provide replacement or refund. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the online shopping platform is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “The price of the Product has been refunded to the customer. Accordingly, the present complaint stands closed as resolved." | ||||
