Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a branded Wireless Bluetooth Earphones in September 2020, for ₹1999/-. The device malfunctioned after about 11 months, so the Consumer took the headphones to the service Centre for replacement. However, immediate replacement was not provided and no tentative date for the replacement was also given. The staff at the service center was also rude. According to the company’s replacement policy, the replacement would be done in a maximum time of 15 days. But no one from the service center took his calls, and hence he approached the National Consumer Helpline. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the Consumer Electronics Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “Replaced & informed customer to collect the same” | ||||
