Problem Reported: | Consumer had bought the Solar Package in the second week of March 2021 which included a solar Panel, Inverter and battery and installation for ₹ 1.2 lacs. Thereafter, he was told to do the installation on his own, the charges of which would be reimbursed by the company. After some time, the inverter started having some problems – the reason being that the battery was of another brand which was not supporting the inverter and caused issues. Consumer reported the same to the dealer, but as there was no support from them, he contacted the Company that had issued the bill for the technical issues as well as the reimbursement of the installation charges that he had done on his own. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As company is not a Convergence partner of the NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and after sending follow-up e-mails the reply received was "We have converted the Lithium battery to Lead Acid from our side and commissioned their system". | ||||
