|Consumer had applied for a tourist visa for 30 days in mid -September 2021 from a travel agency and had paid ₹ 14400/-. He was given assurance by the travel agency that the visa would be obtained, but unfortunately, the visa was refused. Consumer wanted to re-apply for the visa but the travel agency did not provide him any details like application copy/ applicant ID etc, so he is doubtful if they had applied for it at all. He wanted the details to enable him to apply again.

|As the travel agency is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the response received was “We have applied for your VISA to the UAE immigrations and Tracking no. has already been shared with you upon your request, Kindly find the attached E-mail screenshot for your reference. (Tracking id - xxxxxxxx) As no one has the hold on the approval and rejection over any VISA except immigration, we cannot force them for the approval. VISA application has been rejected by the Immigration and in this case now you can re-apply after a few days. Please find attached screenshot for your references”.
