|Consumer had purchased a branded Bluetooth headphone in end April 2021. After 3 months, it stopped working, and the company provided the replacement of the headphone. However, the replaced headphone was a dead product without any Quality Check update on it. Hence, the consumer has requested the company to refund of the amount paid i.e. ₹1599.
|Escalation by NCH:
|As the electronics Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that “We have shipped the replacement via tracking ID xxxx; the same is in transit now. Hence we are closing the following complaint.”
