Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a 24 inch LED TV from an online shopping website in mid – January 2020, and had paid ₹ 5999. After about a year and half, as the TV’s display was not working properly, he submitted it to the company’s service center in June 2021. The service center told him that they would need to get the spare (panel) from head office to resolve the problem, and even after a month he had not got any solution from the service center. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “TV Replacement given to customer and call completed”. | ||||
