|Consumer had ordered a branded Printer from the company website in the third week of Sept 2021. The estimated delivery date had passed by and even 4 days after the estimated delivery date, the consumer had not received the printer. Consumer noticed that he had made a mistake in the pin code for the address but as the item was already dispatched by the company, the company’s support team asked him to contact the courier company to deal with the issue. But the company did not give him the contact details of the delivery company and instead asked him to find it from the internet. He did not get a positive reply from them.

|As the electronics product company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “Shipment delivered issue resolved case closed.”
