|Consumer had purchased a branded Air cooler in early March 2021 for ₹5400/-. The product was not working from June 2021, and since the last 3 months, the service had not been provided to the consumer. Consumer had contacted the company several times, but as he did not get any satisfactory response from them, he approached National Consumer Helpline.

|As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “Replacement has been done, New Unit has been delivered at customer place. Happy call also done & now customer is very satisfied with us. Kindly close this case from portal”
