Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a branded table lamp in mid- February 2021 from an online shopping portal. As there were some issues with the product, consumer raised a grievance with the company. The company picked up the product in mid-September 2021, and since then, no information had been given to him on the return of the product. Every time that he spoke to customer care, he was told that it would be dispatched soon. Even as of early October, he had not received the product. | ||||
