Problem Reported: Consumer had taken a loan from a finance company in Dec. 2020 of ₹ 9, 20,000 and at the time of taking the loan, the company agent informed that the company will give ₹ 5000 as cashback which would be processed after the loan had been disbursed. Loan was disbursed but he did not receive any cashback from the company. He had sent email as a record to the company what the agent had committed but he did not get any response from the company. It had been almost 10 months of continuous follow-up but the company agent was not replying and just ignoring his calls.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded on the NCH portal that “We wish to inform you that for loan account number xxxxxxxxx, we have processed the cash back refund, same will be credited within 5-7 working days to your registered bank”
