The RO was defective right from the start; the company technicians had visited many times and repaired the product, but the product not working properly. Consumer contacted the company for a replacement, but did not receive any response. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the RO Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “New Machine Delivered and Installed at Customer premises”. | ||||
