Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered a Bluetooth Headset from the company in mid - October 2021 and had paid ₹2999/-. Since then, the product had been replaced 3 times, and even the 4th time the product was replaced, it was again not working. The consumer was of the opinion that the company will replace it till the product is in warranty, but after the warranty is over; the company would no longer replace it and then it would not be of any use to him. Hence, he wanted to return it and get the refund. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the electronic product company on the NCH Portal that ‘we have updated the customer to share the following details for a refund and according to the slab 60% will be refunded:” And thereafter, they responded that “We have refunded the amount hence the complaint is closed: REF ID: xxxxxx Amount: ₹1799.4” | ||||
