Problem Reported: | Consumer had made a transaction of ₹32987.57 in end February 2020. The amount was debited from his account but not credited to the beneficiary's account. On contacting consumer care, he was informed that the said amount had already been credited to beneficiary account. The beneficiary then sent him the statement, which showed that the amount had not been credited. He requested NCH for help | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded to on NCH Portal stating that “… we have received TCC (Transaction Credit Confirmation) from the beneficiary bank that the funds have been credited for the referred transaction. However, if beneficiary is still confirming that same is not credited, request you to kindly check the same with beneficiary bank and provide beneficiary bank statement for us to check further.” | ||||
