Problem Reported: | Consumer had placed an order for a GPS tracker for ₹1,999, but the consumer was of the opinion that the company had delivered a fake product and it was not working as per the company’s descriptions. So, the consumer was not satisfied and wanted the refund. He had complained many times but the company did not respond. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As company is not a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was emailed to them and the company responded after the second reminder that “they had already refunded the amount to the consumer’s bank account and had given the reference number.” | ||||
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: | The support that consumer helpline provided was excellent and these people understand the feelings of a consumer when they get cheated due to online frauds that most of the sellers do this time. I got my money back and wish consumer executives all the best for future endeavors. |
