Problem Reported: Consumer had transferred his LPG Gas connection from one company to another the previous month, but the new company made a mistake in the name during registration as they had not mentioned the surname. Because of this mismatch, the consumer was not getting the subsidy in her account.
Escalation by NCH: As the Petroleum Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that “As per your request, consumer's name has been updated. Screenshot attached for your reference. Therefore, we are closing the complaint.”
