He was not able to contact the company for his requirement for either the delivery of the product or refund of the amount | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the online portal company is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the response received was that the refund has been issued and gave the reference id for the same. | ||||
