Problem Reported: Consumer had ordered a revolving chair from an online chair company in early October 2021and paid the amount of ₹1789.76/-but after placing the order, the company did not deliver the chair. He was not able to contact the company for his requirement for either the delivery of the product or refund of the amount
Escalation by NCH: As the online portal company is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the response received was that the refund has been issued and gave the reference id for the same.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent. Got the full refund of ₹1789.76/-!
