Problem Reported: | Consumer had bought a branded LED TV for ₹16,000 in August 2019, and after using it for some time, the TV screen got damaged. Consumer had registered the grievance to the company, in this regard. The company’s engineer visited his place and after inspection they confirmed that the panel had got damaged. For repairing it, they collected the TV and brought it with them, but it has not been returned to him. Every time he approached the company, they gave him some lame excuse. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the company is not a convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was emailed to them and on a reminder e-mail, the company responded that "Regarding LED complaint, the LED has been delivered to customer and the customer complaint has been resolved…" | ||||
