Problem Reported: | Consumer purchased 2 sanitary products from the company dealer of amount ₹ 16280 on 17-01-2020. The products were under warranty and the part of both sanitary products was broken in the month August 2021. Consumer registered complaint with company in Aug. 21. It has been 2.5 months he registered the complaint with the company to change the parts but still the issue has not been resolved and the concerned person is saying that he has no responsibility for his loss. They are just delaying the issue with no proper grievance redressal. | ||||
