Problem Reported: | Consumer had ordered a branded smart watch for ₹ 8396.50 from the Brand’s website in the third week of July 2021. Consumer paid the amount via digital payment, instantly the money got debited from her bank account and at the same time she got a confirmation email from the company informing her that the order was confirmed with the invoice containing order number and transaction reference. After that she did not get any update from the company. When she tried to track the order it said that ‘no such details found’. So she contacted the company’s customer care (by email and toll free number) several times and explained her concern, but the reply received was that they needed some time to investigate. Even after 4 months, neither did she get the watch, neither any refund, nor any positive reply from the company. Consumer wants the refund from the company. | ||||
