Problem Reported: | Consumer had purchased a branded smart watch in the first week of August 2021 and paid an amount of ₹3999/- After a few days, the battery started draining out very fast. So, he raised the grievance with the company; and they picked up the product and repaired it. But, the same issue still persisted. So, it was again repaired but the concern still persisted with the consumer. He then requested the company to provide either fresh replacement or refund of the amount paid. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the Company on the NCH Portal that “. Your fresh replacement has been dispatched from our end and it will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days” | ||||
