Problem Reported: Consumer had purchased a branded Mixer Blender in the last week of February 2021, for which he had paid ₹ 3998/-. After about 8 months of usage, there was a problem with the kitchen gadget, so he registered his grievance with the company but the Company keeps delaying the resolution. Thereafter, the company executive told him that the specific part required was not available.
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘Replacement dispatched through xxxx courier, delivered onxxxxxx.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent. So much helpful, they take immediate action against companies not responding. Thank u for help consumer care team.
