|Consumer had transfer ₹10,000 from his credit card to bank account in mid-December 2021. The amount got debited but did not get credited in his bank account. Consumer lodged his grievance with the Bank, and thereafter with the e-wallet company, but the e-wallet company was not responding.
|Escalation by NCH:
|As the e-wallet company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that ‘We have already refunded your amount of Rs. 10100.00 on xxxxx. to xxxxxx Bank .
