Problem Reported: | Consumer had bought through an e-wallet a branded mobile handset from the Brand’s website. The amount was transferred from his Bank Account to the e-Wallet, which in turn was paid to the company. After the payment, the website did not show any confirmation for his order. He contacted the customer care several times, first they said that they were looking at the issue, after then he got an email stating that they had not received the money. He had confirmed from both – his bank and the e-wallet provider that the amount of ₹23,404/- had been successfully transferred to the company, so why had he received the mail that they had not received the payment. | ||||
