Problem Reported: In the third week of January 2020, consumer had booked a hall in a hotel for and had paid ₹ 25000/-, for his thread ceremony, which was going to take place on 31-05-2020, However due to the pandemic he had to cancel the booking after few days. He had sent multiple complaints later on, but had not received the refund.
Escalation by NCH: As the hotel is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was emailed to the hotel and the response received was “Refund initiated. Copy of the cheque of amounting Rs. 25000/- in the name of xxxxx, attached”.
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent. Nothing more. Your team is already doing a fantastic and a thankless job. Really appreciate your efforts.
