|Consumer had purchased a branded 32 inch Smart LED from a well-known multi-brand electronics retail outlet, and paid ₹17490/-. On arrival, the T.V seemed to be normal since the installation person installed it properly. But soon, the consumer spotted a minor black spot in the display panel. He raised his grievance to the store officials and showed pictures also, but they did not listen to him. In the meantime he also raised his grievance to the company and he was asked to contact the brand directly. He registered the same grievance with the brand company but did not get a satisfactory reply from any of them. Technicians of both the companies visited him to see the defects, but till date, his issue has not been resolved.

|As the multi-brand retail outlet is not a Convergence partner of NCH, the grievance was e-mailed to the company, and the response received was that “as per update received, Replacement has been approved’.
