|Consumer had bought branded Mattress for ₹ 31174/- in February 2019 which had a warranty of 5 years. After using it for a little over 2 years, in the last few months of the Year 2021, consumer noticed that the side wall and upper layer of the mattress had start bulging as it had got compressed. Therefore he had lodged his grievance with the company, and was offered compensation of a certain amount. But consumer says that the company had to either provide a replacement or refund to the consumer, according to their terms & conditions.

|As the company is not a Convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was e-mailed to the company and the response that the company gave was that the mattress shall be replaced if any manufacturing defect arises within 1 year of its purchase, and as the company doesn't have a policy for money refund, they requested the consumer to kindly select any product of the company and confirm it, and they would process the same’
