Problem Reported: | In the third week of November 2021, consumer had ordered some medicines from an online Pharmacy for an amount of ₹1186 and had tried to make the payment through his debit card. The payment got deducted thrice from his account for one single order. However, one order was successfully placed but for the other two transactions the amount had not been refunded. He had written several mails to the company to refund the amount, but had not received any response from them. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the online pharmacy is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the e-pharmacy on the NCH Portal that “Refund done against this case Confirmed with refund team hence closed.” | ||||
