Problem Reported: | Consumer had taken a vehicle loan of ₹ 45000 in January 2020 having EMI of approx. ₹ 2500/. Consumer paid back the complete loan amount to the finance company in Oct. 2021, but still, the company deducted EMI’s of the next two months. Consumer had raised his grievance many times to the company for the refund of the deducted EMI’s, and had visited the company’s branch also, but had not got any resolution from the company.( | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the finance company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded on the NCH Portal that “Requested him to provide bank details through mail immediately to process refund excess amount paid by the borrower Rs.5143/-. Customer accepted the same and will send mail” | ||||
