Problem Reported: | Consumer has bought branded 5 Bluetooth headphones in the first week of Sept 2021 with 6 months replacement warranty. After 2-3 months one after another all headphones had problems. So consumer has submitted the headphones to the authorized service in January 2022 and has been assured that consumer will get the replacement in a weeks’ time.. But when consumer contacted after due date, it has been told that the product is out of stock so it can’t be delivered. And, when consumer contacted the customer care they inform that that replacement is cancelled as for all headphones the consumer name and number is same. The consumer again visited service center but there was no satisfactory solutions to the grievance. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | The Company is a convergence partner company of the National Consumer Helpline, the company responded on the NCH portal that “Replacement shipped AWB# - xxxxxx through xxxxxx, hence closing the case.” | ||||
