Problem Reported:	Consumer had ordered a branded shirt from an online shopping site and had paid ₹3499 However, the product was not delivered to him till date. The tracking shows that product is yet to dispatch since the date of booking. Customer care team said it will be delivered soon but it not getting satisfactory reply regarding delivery of the product.
Escalation by NCH:	As the online shopping portal is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the responded on NCH Portal that We’d like to let you know that the seller has confirmed that the refund of Rs. 3499/- has been completed Payment reference number: xxxxxxxx
