Problem Reported: | Consumer had bought a branded mattress in end-June 2021 and is under warranty. Within one month of its purchase, consumer faced sagging issue and it got replaced in September 2021. Now again he started facing the same issue since first week of Feb 2022. But, even after 30 days, consumer did not receive any update about the replacement. The company is not properly responding to the issue. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that. ‘Replacement already approved on xxxxxx (date) and is under process. Complainant will get the replacement product within 15-20 days.” | ||||
