Problem Reported: Consumer had bought a product of ₹ 12990 in Jan 2022 and financed this purchase from a non-banking financial company in six equal EMIs. Consumer had paid his EMI of Mar 2022 well in advance but company charged him overdue amount for not paying EMI on time. He complained to the company but had not got any resolution from them.
Escalation by NCH: As the Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH Portal that “With reference to your post regarding bouncing charges clarification of loan account number. We would like to inform you that we have processed waiver of ₹ 450 as for bouncing charges.”
