Problem Reported: | Consumer had made online booking of LPG cylinder in end – Feb 2022 and had paid ₹ 1060. He supposed to get the delivery within 2-3 days. But, till date, it was not delivered. Consumer had contacted the petroleum company and the agency but did not get the delivery of cylinder. | ||||
Escalation by NCH: | As the Petroleum Company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that ‘the cylinder has been delivered today i.e. on xxxxxx | ||||
