|Consumer had submitted his branded laptop in Oct 2021 for display issue. The display got replaced by the service center. But, after receipt of the laptop, he found that an abnormal irritating sound was coming from his laptop. Hence, consumer again submitted his laptop to the service center in first week of Nov 2021. When he got it back the same issue of abnormal sound persists. Since then, he sent several emails to the company but issue has not been addressed.

|As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that ‘advisor called to the customer and offered him paid service to repair his device Authorized service center advised they need to replace multiple parts to have the issue resolved, Customer agreed to proceed with the paid repair.’

|Excellent! I came to the National Consumer helpline as the last option for my issue. Thank you for the quick response. Apple took up the case, and even though it took time, the authorized service providers and company coordinated to resolve it.
