|Consumer had booked a car from a dealer in August 2021 and had paid. ₹25000. Now, consumer had asked for cancellation of the booking and refund of amount paid. Dealer told that ₹3000 will be deducted as cancellation charges. Consumer was of the view that that it was never been informed while booking the vehicle.

|As the automotive company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that ‘We have been informed by the dealership that, the booking amount paid by customer has been refunded to the customer.
