Escalation by NCH: As the life insurance company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that, ‘Dear Sir / Madam, Payment is processed by branch office and sent to bank account today. Surrender value is Rs.130592.00’
