Problem Reported: | Consumer had bought a branded laptop in December 2021 and had paid ₹ 46969/- . Consumer had facing issues in its audio system and submitted it to the company’s authorized service center. When he got the laptop back it was not getting started and was completely dead. He complained to the company many times for its replacement or refund but did not get any satisfactory response. | ||||
