Problem Reported: Consumer had a broadband connection and had paid ₹2000 for 3 months in mid- Dec 2021. The very next day, the company had stopped its services in his area and connection was stopped. Since then, he has been complaining and asking for the amount paid by him but there was no response from company side,
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline; the grievance was responded by the company on the NCH portal that, “We’ve initiated refund from our end. It will reflect in bank 3 to 4 working days same has been informed customer via mail.”
Consumer Remark in INGRAM: Excellent! No suggestions as such but Thank you so much!! It was a hassle free experience overall and I got my refund.
