Problem Reported: Consumer had taken a person loan of ₹ 1,91,9000 from a non-financial banking company for four years. The schedule of service charges was sent to him by email. Now, after two years, company charges him ₹ 5662 as Annual maintenance charges. Consumer had a concern that company did not mention about this charge in the list of service charges given to him. Hence, the same should be removed
Escalation by NCH: As the company is a convergence partner of the National Consumer Helpline, the grievance was responded on the NCH Portal that “We would like to inform you that as per your request, we have successfully waived off your AMC charges of INR.5, 662. And wish to inform you that, the AMC charges are been removed against your loan account.”
